Thomas L. Moore is a developer and scientist based in Missouri, USA.  In this policy, “Thomas L. Moore,” ‘we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Thomas L. Moore.

This policy refers to Thomas L. Moore websites (“Sites”) including paleoterra.com, lostinthemountains.com, paleorose.com, paleonetcdf.com, ancient-earth.com, and applications (“Apps”) for iOS, macOS and other platforms, including Ancient Earth: Breakup of Pangea, Ancient Earth: Assembly of Pangea, Future Earth, and the Devonian Lithological Database (aka DLD).

App Analytics

At present, we do not collect any analytics data from our apps.  On iOS and macOS platforms, you can opt in to share data with us.  The data you provide are related to app stability, i.e. crash reports.  These data are provided to us by Apple Computer, Inc. without any personal information attached.

iCloud

Our apps store some of your data in Apple’s iCloud service, such as storing application state and data files, to enable some sync features between all devices signed into your Apple ID.
